Friendship Circle Summer Camp was an incredible three-week journey of fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories for 75 kids and young adults with special needs and nearly 100 dedicated teen volunteers. Each camper was paired one-on-one with a volunteer, creating a strong bond that added warmth and support to every day. Together, they enjoyed exciting daily trips that brought smiles and laughter all around.

Our inspiring theme was Netilat Yadayim, the ritual washing of hands, a beautiful reminder of mindfulness, purity, and gratitude in our daily lives. Campers explored the deeper meaning behind this mitzvah through fun, hands-on activities & projects. Whether crafting personalized washing cups, participating in water-themed games, or learning the bracha in song, the kids embraced the idea that even simple actions can be filled with purpose and holiness.

Campers had an incredible time bonding with their volunteer buddies through a variety of exciting and inclusive activities. From bouncing around at Get Air and cooling off in the pool, to cruising on a breathtaking ocean adventure, every outing was filled with laughter and joy. They climbed to new heights at Hapik, enjoyed friendly competition in laser tag, and had nonstop fun at Boomers and local amusement parks. The celebrations continued with lively Shabbat parties, bringing everyone together in a warm and welcoming Jewish atmosphere.

These adventures created lasting memories, built confidence, and strengthened friendships in the most joyful way. The joy was evident in every smile, high-five, and shared laugh. More than just a camp, this was a celebration of community and connection—an experience that will stay with everyone long after summer ended.
