Through the eyes of a family facing illness or crisis, life looks different. Hospital rooms replace playgrounds. Routine falls away. Parents struggle to hold it together while children fight to hold onto their childhood. Communities search for a guiding light.

In the midst of this, Chai Lifeline West Coast brings something else into view: care, comfort, and hope.

For over 25 years, Chai Lifeline West Coast has been the steady hand guiding families through these moments. From the fear of a new diagnosis to the uncertainty of recovery, Chai Lifeline is there every day, every step of the way.

Our team of case managers, volunteers, and professionals provides a full circle of care: hospital and home visits, emotional counseling, insurance advocacy, financial assistance, family retreats, afterschool programs, and the joy of Camp Simcha, where children with medical challenges experience the freedom and laughter of summer like any other kid.

Each program is built on one belief: no family should ever face illness or crisis alone.

Today, more families than ever are turning to Chai Lifeline West Coast for help. The need is growing, and so must our response.

From Saturday night, November 15 through Monday night, November 17, we’re holding our annual 48-Hour Critical Campaign: “Through Their Eyes.” We invite our community to see the world through the eyes of the children, parents, and families we serve — to understand their struggles, feel their resilience, and join us in bringing comfort, stability, and hope.

Your gift during these 48 hours directly fuels lifesaving and life-changing care for hundreds of families across the West Coast. Together, we can bring hope, joy, and comfort into view.
