LA Shmira has issued a new alert (Call ID: 219112) following a suspicious incident in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of Los Angeles.

A concerned caller reported a Middle Eastern male seen roaming the area of S. Robertson Blvd & W. Pico Blvd, appearing to conduct surveillance. The individual was described as wearing a blue top, tan shorts, and carrying an overstuffed military green/fatigue-colored backpack.
